The Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for providing management with an analysis and insight of Citi's financial results in coordination with the broader Finance team. The overall objective is to contribute to directional strategy as well as utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to provide advice/counsel on the evaluation of financial reports of Citi's current and projected performance.Responsibilities:Manage forward looking processes, partnering with FP&A, including forecasts, strategic/operating plans, monthly outlooks, and review results against plans monthly and explain variances for InternationalPartner with stakeholders to design and create standardized performance management / KPI reporting for Cluster Heads and CCOsPerform ad hoc analyses of financial performance of Citi and its competitors as it relates to the International segmentSupport business driven ad hoc projects and analytics including partnering with the Client finance team to create and monitor client analytics for InternationalReview and manage the budget for the International technology book of workImplement financial initiatives and manage work of the department ensuring appropriate staffing and organizational structures are in placePartner with the key stakeholders to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and/or controls as well as ensure appropriate staffing and organizational structures are in placeCreate senior management presentations on business performance using metrics to evaluate and drive business decisionsAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.Qualifications:10+ years of relevant experience in financial servicesExperience providing financial analysis for monthly forecasts, strategic multi-year forecasts, and annual budgetsProficient Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPointConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationEducation:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster's degree preferred------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Finance------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Financial Planning & Analysis------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:New York New York United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$163,600.00 - $245,400.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
