LaSalle Network has partnered with a manufacturing and distribution client in Elgin, IL to hire on a new Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to their team! The FP&A Manager will play a key role in driving financial performance, analyzing data and providing strategic insights to support decision-making processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant experience, strong expertise in data visualization and hands-on experience with ERP implementation. FP&A Manager Responsibilities: Lead the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth Provide insightful analysis of financial results, trends and performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement and implement solutions Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting, analysis and forecasting processes Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP systems to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency Develop and present clear and concise reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate financial insights and recommendations effectively Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and regulations related to financial planning and analysis FP&A Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 4+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the distribution industry Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create meaningful and actionable insights from financial data Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) implementation and optimization Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment CMA or MBA is a plus FP&A Manager Benefits: Competitive base salary up to $130,000, based on experience.
