The mission of Pinnacle Family Services is to build relationships that enhance lives and support healthy families. We are COA accredited and located throughout the state of NC providing services to children, adolescents, and families. What Will I Be Doing? Actively recruit foster families. Implement foster care marketing strategies to engage communities and individuals. Guide potential foster parents through the recruitment process, emphasizing their role in providing nurturing environments for children in need. Assist foster families in understanding and addressing the unique needs of children dealing with trauma. Serve as a liaison between Pinnacle Family Services and prospective foster families. Am I A Good Fit? Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Asheville, NC coverage area. Strong understanding of marketing and communication principles, particularly in mental healthcare and foster care services. Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ability to navigate the complexities of the child welfare system with sensitivity and empathy. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social work or a related human services field. QP Qualified, required Minimum of 1 year of experience within the child welfare system, preferred. NC licensure in LCSW/A, LPC/A, LMSW/A, LMPT/A, preferred. MAPP Trainer Certification, preferred. Experience in foster parent recruitment and licensing, preferred. Access to reliable transportation with current vehicle registration, insurance, and driver's license adhering to NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws.
