As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and talented Food Production Team Member to join our production team. As a team member, you will play a key role in crafting and executing our plant-based culinary creations. Working closely with our Food and Beverage Director, you will be responsible for assisting in kitchen staff management, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring a seamless kitchen operation. Responsibilities Execute preparation of plant-based dishes with precision and creativity. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Contribute to inventory organization. Reports to the Sous Chef and the Director of Food and Beverage. Qualifications Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a restaurant. Proven experience in a kitchen environment, with exposure to plant-based cuisine being a significant advantage. Strong passion for plant-based and sustainable living. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Schedule flexibility: able to work on the weekends.
