Teal's Market is a growing family-owned grocery business that operates locations in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. We are currently seeking a Floral Manager at our Cold Spring, MN location. · The floral manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading the floral department to create seasonal and evergreen arrangements using design and display strategies to drive sales. · You are responsible for designing floral arrangements for a variety of occasions, pricing accurately and making sure merchandise is stored/rotated properly based on store standards. · Other duties include maintaining records of invoices, receiving, shrink control and achieving department merchandising goals in cooperation with the store manager. ·  Promote a friendly, enthusiastic culture within the store. Weekend and holiday hours are expected. Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
