Tiger Lily Flowers & Gifts in Las Vegas, NV is looking for an EXPERIENCED floral designer to join our 30 person strong team. We are seeking motivated, career-oriented individuals, who are looking for professional growth long-term. Must be energetic, dependable, with strong attention to detail. In this role, your design experience, skills, and creativity will be utilized to plan and execute all floral needs, from a quick bouquet to elaborate arrangements for any special occasion. EXPERIENCED ONLY. In-Person design audition is required.

Attentive during the learning process and proactive in acquiring knowledge of Company standards Eager and creative - in creating both pre-approved recipes and creative original designs Maintaining the freshest, high quality flowers throughout the Company; understanding the perishable nature of the product and reacting with a sense of urgency to minimize shrink, and create ways to utilize fresh product Maintain open lines of communication to ensure smooth department operations Responsibilities Assist with same day retail orders and special events Follow through on projects to completion as assigned Keep work area, design table, and cooler safe and clean Share info with co-workers and/or supervisor Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of Retail/Event Floral Design experience
• Have knowledge of, passion for and experience working with various flowers
• Work towards continuous improvement
• Able to follow directions and follow recipes
• Maintain a safety focus Work Environment • Work involves continuous interaction with co-workers in a fast-paced environment
• Typical motions include repetitive hand and arm movements, bending and reaching
• Responsible for moving and lifting 1-10 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 50 pounds rarely
• Will spend the majority of time on his or her feet and stand or walk without a break for up to 4 hours
• May be exposed to various allergens and work environments, including temperature changes
