Floral Concierge

A  Floral   Concierge at Flora Couture is an individual that will be "the face" of our company brand as our customer's first point of contact and is an authority on the variety of products and services offered. We are seeking individuals that are enthusiastic about providing exceptional service while creating relationships with our clients as they phone or walk into our showroom. Primary Responsibilities Keep storefront product inventory fresh, including merchandising items with the seasons, trends, and customer requests in mind Answer phones and fulfill customer orders and requests as necessary while considering cross-sales of Flora Couture products and services Provide customers with knowledge of the Company's products and services while giving exceptional customer service Contribute to sales volume growth and resolve customer questions and concerns Maintain knowledge of floral, plant, event, and wedding products Actively maintain and develop existing and new client relationships, including following up as needed to ensure satisfaction Maintain office and storefront cleanliness Assist in the creation of floral designs using various textures, styles, floral materials, and vessels while maintaining a target budget Contribute to consistent maintenance and refreshment of product merchandising Inform customers about the care, maintenance, and handling of various flowers and foliage, indoor plants, and other items Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 1-2 years customer service experience preferred At least 1 year of floral design experience preferred Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs without assistance Must be able to stand for long periods of time Job Qualifications Flexible work schedule including weekends, holidays, and overtime Ability to work in extreme temperatures for extended periods of time Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Detailed-oriented Strong time management skills
