We have a very hands-off management style, so no micro-managing, we are always there for support though.Job Description: As an Outside Sales Representative specializing in flooring, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by establishing and cultivating relationships with clients. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of flooring products to commercial customers. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:Generate new business through prospecting and networking effortsConduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and provide flooring solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractorsCollaborate with the internal sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiencesStay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offeringsPrepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clientsAchieve and exceed sales targets and performance metricsQualifications:Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the flooring industryKnowledge of various types of flooring products and applicationsStrong negotiation and closing skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to salesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and reliable transportationBenefits:Competitive base salary and commission structureHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planCompany car and gas cardMUST have previous experience in the Flooring Industry.
