Mygrant Glass Company one of the leaders in supplying the Aftermarket Replacement Glass (ARG) industry has the following position available at our Nashville Tennessee Facility. Warehouse Floor Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Direct a team in daily workflow. Count and control high-value inventory. Provide and maintain excellent customer service by monitoring, scheduling, and consistently. maintaining arrival and departure deliveries to all of our valued customers. Essential Requirements: Proven leadership skills. A keen eye for detail and safety. Experience with inventory control. Computer experience with Microsoft products. Proven track record of a minimum of four years in supervision of at least fifteen employees including hiring and training. Must be very flexible with shift start times as well as days worked, including weekends and holidays. Advanced ability to manage and reconcile inventory, including cycle counts, vendor claims, and shipping/receiving. Experience with fleet maintenance. Duties include but are not limited to: Picking and putting away automotive glass and sundry items Loading trucks Scanning out trucks (dispatcher) Order picker operation Forklift and reach truck operation Prepare and complete warehouse orders in a timely manner for delivery and pickup – pick, load, pack, label, ship. Receive and process warehouse products in ERP system. Inventory cycle counting. Follow all quality standards, procedures, rules, and regulations. Receive inventory and sign paperwork upon receipt. Unload inventory from incoming trucks. Inspect inventory to ensure it is undamaged. Verify the customer's order and invoice – quantity, quality. Maintain and assist in inventory control. Physical Requirements: Walking, stooping, lifting up to 75 pounds, and standing for extended periods of time.
