Plant Maintenance Supervisor/Manager/Superintendent

This position is for a Plant Maintenance Manager/Superintendent who will be responsible for the general maintenance, operations, and repairs of the plants industrial and manufacturing equipment.
The Plant Maintenance Superintendent will plan and oversee the maintenance program and ensure that preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
They will also be responsible for direction/leadership of a diverse team of engineers and technicians who will be directly troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automation problems, and permforming and planning scheduled and preventive maintenance repairs and breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans. Develop and monitor the plant maintenance budget. Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs of industrial and manufacturing equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Supervise and coordinate the activities of plant maintenance personnel. Ensure a safe and secure working environment. Train and mentor plant maintenance staff. Qualifications: Strong maintenance and maintenance management experience. Experience with industrial and/or manufacturing equipment. Experience with plant industrial maintenance, maintenance management and supervision. Experience with electrical troubleshooting. Experience with fabrication and manufacturing. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but it not an absolute MUST Knowledge of preventive maintenance, mechanical systems repair, pneumatic, hydraulic, plant automation, electrical controls, preventive repair, and PLCs. Experience with the follwing is a must: Maintenance planning and maintenance planning. Mechanical and electrical repair, troubleshooting, from the hands-on floor level to higher levels, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to team members at all levels of technical competency, from end-users to technicians. Experience leading a team/working in a manufacturing setting with automated manufacturing and automated systems, other plant automation equipment, including the required electrical troubleshooting, repair and mangement of said equipment. Previous LEADERSHIP duties, including plant superintendent and maintenance Supervisor or Manager roles.
