Job summary
Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a Fixed Asset (Mechanical Integrity) Reliability Leader for their Wauna, Oregon facility.Responsible for administering the Fixed Equipment (Mechanical Integrity) program to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.Provides engineering support, maintenance strategies, and technical content to mill teams.

Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain site fixed equipment (mechanical integrity) program.• Assist mill teams in applying recognized engineering practices.• Maintain documentation and records for mechanical integrity activities.• Provide technical support and problem-solving to mill teams.• Participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA).• Develop and support preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.• Participate in design and implementation of Asset Improvement Strategies.• Active engagement in mill Covered Process System management.• Ensure fixed equipment deficiencies are addressed and controlled.• Contribute to development and training initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering discipline (civil, chemical, or mechanical) or equivalent work experience.• Chemical and/or metallurgical background preferred.• Maintenance reliability experience in a manufacturing, industrial, chemical, oil & energy, or military environment.• Working knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and guidelines.• NBIC Certification.• Pulp and Paper industry experience preferred.• Working knowledge of CMMS (Asset Suite, SAP) preferred.• Familiarity with Asset Mechanical Integrity Databases preferred.• Knowledge of fixed asset damage mechanisms in the pulp and paper industry preferred.
