Responsibilities
• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness program, including creating and following the schedule• Consult with members on fitness goals and instruct them on equipment use• Create bi-weekly updates with a variety of exercises• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic• Assist in front desk activities such as answering phones and checking in members• Take prospective members on tours• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
• Passion for fitness and health• Upbeat and positive attitude• Exceptional customer service skills• Strong listening and problem-solving skills• CPR/AED Certification• Nationally Certified Training Certificate• Must be 18 years or older
