Pay Range: $16.58 - $21.55 per hour
Full Time: Flexible hours M-F

$1,000 Sign on Bonus! Windom Area Health is seeking an outgoing individual to teach group fitness classes in the Wellness Center and provide member relations support. Duties include creating and teaching group fitness classes, assisting with memberships, providing basic fitness information, and facilitating member relations. May assist with wellness department activities and special events as needed. Flexible hours are available and may include mornings, afternoons and evenings, Monday through Friday. Qualified candidates must have desire/ability to create and teach group exercise classes. Previous experience teaching and/or attending group fitness classes preferred. Must also have the ability to communicate well in person and over the phone, and lift up to 25 lbs. Upbeat and outgoing personality required and ability to modify routines for various levels. Candidates with personal training background, Certified Fitness Instructors, or other athletic training/certification preferred, but not required. Basic computer skills are required for daily operations. Must obtain Basic Life Support Certification within six months of hire. This position may be eligible for retirement, PTO, free Wellness Center membership, and other benefits.
