Fitness & Spa Director – Trilogy at Redmond Ridge (Redmond, WA) HOAMCO is seeking a professional Fitness & Spa Director at Trilogy at Redmond Ridge located at the top of Novelty Hill. This forested region is surrounded by natural beauty having miles of walking trails throughout our community. Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, proactive professional who will work well individually but will enjoy the dynamic of being part of a solid team managing a complex of 55+ active adult resort communities.

Qualifications :
Knowledge and Experience with Anatomy/Physiology Experience as a Fitness & Spa Director Supervisory skills Group as well as individual exercise programming Related Certifications Emergency response Budgeting Job Responsibilities :
Managing fitness and spa operations smoothly from personnel to guest experience Excellent customer service skills Monitor revenue goals, ensuring they are met or exceeded Oversee retail products, vendor relationships Train and empower employees to provide excellent customer service Provide weekly membership updates Submit all financial reporting, including payroll in accordance with community requirements Develop and maintain facility maintenance procedures Oversee cleanliness and facility maintenance Ensure employees are current in first aid and CPR certifications Meet all Trilogy Community Standards throughout the facility Additional duties may be assigned as necessary The selected candidate is subject to a pre-hire drug screen and background check.
