Provides clerical support for the Assessment and In-Home Services Unit including scheduling, planning, and administrative support for the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Waiver programs along with other duties as needed.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Communicate with customers via telephone. Answer incoming calls and make outgoing phone calls to customers regarding Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) assessment and reassessment. Assist customers, listen patiently to concerns, answer questions regarding HCBS assessment services, and consult with supervisor if concerns cannot be resolved. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Schedule assessments for HCBS Waiver programs. Complete accurate and timely documentation on each interaction in the client file and electronic client record Management Information System (MIS). Research database systems for client eligibility status for the HCBS Waiver programs. CLERICAL AND DATA ENTRY SUPPORT
Electronic records management: Electronically sort and file consumer records and assessments. Send appointment reminder texts and phone calls to customers. Assist with researching referrals to determine assessment and program eligibility. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma. Minimum of two (2) years' of experience in data entry. Minimum of two (2) years' customer service experience in office based position. Intermediate or advanced computer skills needed in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Access.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Three (3) years' or greater experience providing administrative support and data entry in an office based position. Ideal candidate will have appointment scheduling experience and understanding of the HCBS Waiver program services. Bilingual skills a plus.
