Position Responsibilities:
- Analyze bid documents and project requirements
- Estimate costs for fireproofing projects
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Manage multiple bids and meet deadlines
Position Essential Job Functions:
- Advanced knowledge of construction methods and building code standards
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and subcontractors
- Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software applications for quantity surveying and cost estimation
Position Skills:
- Completion of a 4-year construction technology program or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in construction estimating preferred
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Salary: $110,000 to $135,000
