Fire Protection Company seeking enthusiastic Fire Protection Sales Rep. **Must have experience with Sprinkler Service and Inspection Sales!!** Essential Duties of Fire Protection Sales Rep include the following: Sprinkler Knowledge. Assist in Bidding projects. Helps the Sales Executive and Estimators Take-off projects from the drawings using various systems. Ensures material and labor are priced according to accepted practices during the bid process. Ensures the scope of work is accurately interpreted. Reviews all estimate packages for accuracy / completeness and reviews estimate with Sales Executive. Must keep time commitments as required by the Sales Executive. Independently creates call plans with customer follow up strategies and tactics; consistently applies time and territory management techniques. Customer Service. Communicates professionally with all contractors and vendors in regards to upcoming, current and past proposals. Has a positive attitude and "sells" the Company. Communication Skills. Oversees bid communication coming into the company for potential projects to bid. The  Fire Protection Sales Rep  works with Sales Executive and Division Leaders to prepare the bid calendar and keep track of all projects on the calendar. Clearly articulates concepts and directions, both orally and in writing Team Player. Helps, supports and communicates with all Company employees and maintains a positive attitude. Qualifications of Fire Protection Sales Rep: Education and/or Experience. Minimum high school or GED NICET Certification preferred Sprinkler Inspection Sales experience is a must! Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents. Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of problems.
