What You Will Be Doing As an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager within our, you will drive the successful execution of commercial construction projects, with a focus on electrical, fire, and HVAC systems. Your responsibilities will encompass project estimating, resource allocation, planning, quality control, customer relationship management, and pursuing new opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate Estimate project costs and requirements. Plan and manage resources from project initiation to completion. Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met. Oversee and manage field personnel and subcontractors daily. Maintain compliance with construction standards and codes. Cultivate and maintain customer relationships to secure future projects. Seek new opportunities for business growth. Other Essential Functions Minimum of 3 years' experience with fire alarm design build contracting. Proficiency in NFPA codes and standards. Creative problem-solving skills. Strong influencing abilities to drive ideas and decisions. Sense of humor to thrive in our relaxed yet professional environment. Willingness to travel (approximately 20% of the time). Financial literacy and key financial concept understanding. Group presentation skills for training sessions. Effective account management for client satisfaction. Meticulous work habits, attention to detail, and excellent time management. Strong communication and technical skills (Microsoft Office applications). High School diploma with trade/college project management education or related field. NICET certification preferred.
