Job Title: Finishing/Bindery Manager Location: Full-Time, Shift-Based

To support this growth, we are integrating cutting-edge equipment and enhancing our production lines across two shifts.
Job Summary: As the Finishing/Bindery Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational activities of our manufacturing floor, focusing on our finishing processes. You will manage over 200 employees, including two Production Managers and various shift teams, to ensure seamless production operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for high-quality print solutions and operational excellence.
Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the activities of manufacturing personnel, including direct oversight of two Production Managers. Manage daily production schedules across all shifts, ensuring efficient operations and coordination with Shift Supervisors. Liaise with the Maintenance Department to schedule and oversee necessary machine maintenance and repairs. Monitor product quality and functionality during production and inspection phases. Oversee the procurement and inventory management of raw materials and supplies, ensuring efficient material usage and minimal waste. Perform monthly inventory checks on raw materials and work-in-progress as needed. Handle essential HR functions, such as vacation approvals and employee evaluations. Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or print production environment, ideally overseeing large teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple production schedules and shifts. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for quality control and process improvement. Experience in managing cross-departmental coordination to maintain production efficiency. Competence in basic HR duties and personnel management.
