Duties include but are not limited to:
Actively listen to members by engaging them in conversations to uncover their present or future financial needs.
Ensure that members' transactions and requests are completed in a timely and professional manner.
Referring and educating members on credit union products and services.
Accurately and confidently open and process all account and loan types.
Perform a variety of duties in the branch to support daily operations.
Required Skills and Abilities:
This individual must have proficient communication and organizational skills.
Exceptional sales abilities.
Good computer skills.
The drive to help their members and our growing group of teammates anyway they can.
Experience/education:
Prior credit union or bank cash handling experience (preferred)
GED or high school diploma (required)
