Responsibilities
• Creation and maintenance of distribution spreadsheets with resident budgets• Set up payments in GPS Exact software and reconcile with spreadsheets• Collect vendor and billing information for third party payments• Verify rental amounts and track changes• Maintain effective working relationships between Case Management and Payees• Ensure security and effective customer service• Promote culturally proficient services and harm reduction and trauma-informed care• Lead and supervise program activities per resident• Collaborate with other departments and Finance to troubleshoot problems• Provide training in program procedures to new Housing Case Managers• Maintain collaborative relationship with Social Security Administration• Participate in meetings and committees• Ensure high-quality services, compliance, and financial management• Identify service gaps and recommend program and policy options• Promote consistency and organizational learning within the PSH team• Integrate behavioral health services into building team practices• Ensure responsible property management and maximize revenue• Develop and implement financial stability programming• Practice cooperative work approach and promote a collaborative culture• Promote ongoing training and support around PSH best practices
Requirements
• Associate's degree in Accounting or related field• Minimum of 2 years of relevant leadership experience• Minimum of 2 years supervisory and management experience• Valid Washington State Driver license with fully insurable driving record• Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of voices• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail• Ability to communicate and work effectively under stressful conditions• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and technology• Desired: Knowledge of Property Management or Permanent Supportive Housing
