Financial Solution Advisor

In this role, you'll engage with both affluent and high net worth clients, forging meaningful relationships, assessing their needs, and crafting investment strategies aligned with their goals. You'll hone your relationship management skills, mastering everything from self-marketing to practice management.

Required Skills:
Hold Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 accepted in lieu of 66).
Possess at least two years of experience in the financial services or sales industry, with a focus on investments.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, meet goals, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication abilities with all types of clients.
Proficiency in navigating regulatory requirements and integrating them into client strategies.

Desired Skills:
Proven track record of lead generation and partnership building.
Experience balancing investment management, sales, and client development.
Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
Additional professional designations such as CFP or CRPC are advantageous.
Hold insurance licenses.

*Please note that this role is salary plus a monthly production bonus.
