Required Skills:
Hold Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 accepted in lieu of 66).
Possess at least two years of experience in the financial services or sales industry, with a focus on investments.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, meet goals, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication abilities with all types of clients.
Proficiency in navigating regulatory requirements and integrating them into client strategies.
Desired Skills:
Proven track record of lead generation and partnership building.
Experience balancing investment management, sales, and client development.
Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
Additional professional designations such as CFP or CRPC are advantageous.
Hold insurance licenses.
