Job Description As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the timely and accurate preparation of weekly leadership reporting, and submission of forecast, AOP, and monthly actuals to our corporate consolidation tool (SAP BPC). In addition, you will prepare and analyze financial data to support the team in effective decision-making.

Responsibilites:
Manage the timely and accurate preparation of weekly leadership reporting Submission of forecast, AOP, and monthly actuals to our corporate consolidation tool (SAP BPC) Prepare accurate and complete financial statements and reports Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data Assist with financial planning and analysis activities Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts Support team to analyze financial data and analysis to provide insights to aid in effective decision-making Continuously improve financial reporting processes and systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial reporting and analysis Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting or related role Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial data Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with financial reporting systems, such as NetSuite or Planful Experience with SAP BPC is a plus Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Additional Information
