FP&A Manager

to support our highly reputable client who is growing its FP&A function. This individual will contribute to a well-established and nationally recognized organization and will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders.

Our client is looking for a highly analytical individual who can effectively communicate with internal leadership and support a growing division within the organization. This is an amazing opportunity for an individual with 5 + years of previous Financial Analyst experience hoping to take the next step in their career and immediately contribute to a successful team.

FP&A Manager Job Duties:

Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
Create financial framework for department
Forecast different scenarios and ways to deal with each potential outcome
Mentor and lead a small team
Develop new and refine existing financial models
Prepare monthly reporting packages and be able to present to higher level leadership
Help drive key insights and analytics
Effectively manage team processes and deadlines
Identify positive and negative trends and their effect on overall financial and company performance
Effectively collaborate and communicate with operational leadership

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required
5+ years in financial analysis role required
Advanced Excel skills (V-lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Experience in BI preferred
Previous experience supporting C Suite leadership
Previous experience creating financial framework
Sharp interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with a variety of leadership
Positive, upbeat personality - eager to contribute
Entrepreneurial in spirit, with an ability to quickly adapt to evolving environment
