WHO YOU ARE: We are looking for a Financial Operations Manager to join the TEAM Management Services family. THE ROLE: In this role, you will act as a key liaison between our finance team and organizational leadership, reporting directly to the Director of Finance. You'll lead the charge in managing financial operations within our fast-paced and evolving environment, requiring adept juggling of multiple priorities. With sharp analytical skills and strong communication abilities, you'll spearhead the enhancement of our FP&A tools and financial modeling, bolstering TEAM's finance ecosystem for continuous growth and adaptability. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Manage FP&A responsibilities including budgeting, planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions Oversee monthly consolidated reporting, collaborating with accounting teams and brands for accurate financial closes Develop and optimize budget models for multiple brands within the TEAM portfolio Represent the Office of the CFO in communications with brands and investors, fostering strong relationships Assist in preparing financial and investor relations materials, addressing inquiries clearly Collaborate with brands to craft Monthly and Quarterly Performance Narratives (MDNAs) for effective communication Drive improvements in data quality, KPI reporting, and operational efficiency across the TEAM portfolio Project manage insurance activities, including workstreams, requests, and audits to mitigate risks effectively This position is fully remote!  WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or budgeting roles. Proactive communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building consensus and facilitating decisions in cross-functional environments. Strong project management abilities with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision; resourceful in overcoming challenges. Flexible team player adept at collaborating with geographically dispersed teams to achieve common goals. Proficient in leveraging technology to drive continuous process improvement initiatives. Possesses a high degree of curiosity and pragmatism, fostering innovative problem-solving approaches. Experience in investment banking, management consulting, FP&A, or PE-backed high-growth companies is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related quantitative field from an accredited college or university preferred.
