Then, the next time the position is available, and your skillset is a match, you will be contacted, and if interested, submitted for the opening.Job Description:The Financial Coordinator supports the Finance and Operations managers with auditing account reconciliations, reviewing and proofing reimbursement requests for accuracy, and filtering incoming requests to the appropriate finance team member. This position will also assist staff with account requests and will work independently most of the time.Job Requirements:Two years of experience in accounting or finance.Workday experience in a university setting (preferred).Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Word and Excel spreadsheets.Ability to work independently to identify and act on relevant work.Advanced administrative, finance and time management skills.Highly organized with the ability to problem solve and prioritize workloads while maintaining attention to detail.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Academic Level:Bachelor's degree preferred.Associate's degree and equivalent combination of education and experience required.Two plus years of experience in accounting or finance required (preferably in academia).Job Type: Contract | Pay Rate: $25.00/hourly | Onsite: Providence, RInextSource is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
