Financial Controller

Role: Financial Controller Location: Albuquerque New Mexico The Financial Controller will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our company ensuring accuracy compliance and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality finance and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all financial activities including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting Ensure compliance with accounting standards regulations and company policies Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform decisionmaking Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency Lead and mentor the finance team fostering a culture of continuous learning and development Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred Experience in a financial leadership role preferably in the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities finance,budget,forecast,accounting
