Kelly is looking for an experienced, talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Analyst . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial and data analysis and support to Customer Experience, Sales, and Product Management.
The assignment is for 3 months with potential for extension and is based on site in IL or 100% remotely with a work schedule of 8a-5pm. The pay rate for this position is $41/hour.
The successful candidate must have at least 4 - 7 years of experience in financial data analysis, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. In addition, they must have a good working knowledge of Tableau and good problem solving skills. SQL and Python experience is also desirable.
The responsibilities of the Financial & Data Analyst include analyzing business processes such as inventory, costing, manufacturing metrics and reporting; preparing and presenting key metrics; and proactively influencing business decisions and driving improvements in factory cost effectiveness. Candidates must be able to demonstrate Tableau experience during the interview.
We are looking for an individual who is able to work under pressure, on their own initiative and in a changing environment. The successful candidate will receive two weeks of training with the hiring manager and team.
