OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE Strong time management skills and ability to meet goals within a set timeline Willingness to learn more and complete required training (some travel may be necessary) Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes Problem-solving skills, leadership skills, and effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work individually and with a team Financial aid experience would be preferred but isn't required for this entry-level position.
WHAT IT'S LIKE BEING OUR FINANCIAL AID ADVISOR Your typical schedule goes from Monday - Friday, 8:15 am - 5:00 pm .
In this position, you work with our current and potential future professionals to guide them through the financial aid process. You analyze each person's financial status, determine what programs would best benefit them, and help them apply for additional funding. By finding the best solutions for each individual's needs, you help ease money-related anxieties and allow students to focus on their education!
