The Role:
As a Financial Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding small business clients to financial success. You'll lead a team to provide comprehensive financial guidance, including financial forecasting, tax strategies, and budgeting, tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and mentor a team to deliver exceptional financial consulting services.
- Clearly communicate expectations and guide clients through the financial consulting process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and develop tailored strategies.
- Provide recommendations on business structures, asset acquisition, and tax strategies.
- Develop multi-year cash flow projections and budget models.
- Oversee optimization of accounting software and provide coaching on financial reporting.
- Educate clients on financial controls and processes to support their business growth.
- Additional responsibilities include attending conferences, collaborating with other departments, and contributing to content development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field; CPA license required.
- Proficient knowledge of U.S. tax code and regulations.
- Progressive accounting experience in public accounting or similar environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
