Through its relationship with CUSO Financial Services, LP (CFS) Allegacy Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Advisor to join their team in the Winston Salem area.

The Allegacy Investment Group is seeking a financial professional guided by a "doing right" philosophy to develop long-lasting relationships with both existing and new clients. Through a holistic financial planning process and collaboration with internal business partners, we help our members reach their long-term and short-term goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Building branch relationships and coaching branch staff within a defined territory to uncover the needs of our members through meaningful conversations. Deliver exceptional service to members, teammates, and prospects. Provide sound financial advice through a process-driven approach to financial planning that includes understanding member goals; performing an analysis; presenting strategies; implementation of the plan; and provide ongoing member reviews. Collaboration with internal lines of business (retail and private banking, commercial banking, business development, etc.) to meet the core financial needs of our members. Achieve production goals through the recommendation of suitable investment products, insurance solutions, and services to meet the goals, time horizon, and member's tolerance for risk. Develop future pipeline of clients through engagement in the next generation; participation in community events, marketing initiatives, and networking; and generating referrals from clients. POSITION REQUIREMENTS         
Education Required: Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Experience Required: 5 years' experience as a financial advisor. License/Certification Required: Series 7, 66 or 63/65. North Carolina Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required. License/Certification/Advanced Degree Preferred: CFP, ChFc, CPA, J.D. (currently held or actively pursuing) Representatives are employed by Allegacy Federal Credit Union and registered through CUSO Financial Services, LP (CFS). Member FINRA/SIPC. CFS is a broker/dealer and RIA with a stable track record of serving the investment needs of credit unions and their members.
