Cook Financial Group is looking for an experienced Financial Planning Assistant
The position will start out as a 1099 Independent Contractor and may gravitate to a more substantial role as time goes on (depending on performance).
Key roles and responsibilities:

Application and form completion

Case research and preparation
·

Processing and case follow up
·

Client communication
·

Coordination of client appreciation events
·

Client Relationship Management (database management)
·

Compliance management
·

Document management
·

Vendor liaison
·

Marketing/promotion/advertising
The ideal candidate possesses the following characteristics:

A strong eye for detail

An appreciation for the financial planning industry

Good math skills

Effective communication

Strong clerical, organizational, and time management skills

Ability to multi-task

Database management and other office technology
