What you will be doing:
* Consults with senior peers on semi-complex processes to learn through experience.* Works under general supervision.* Receives and prepares files from a variety of sources* Prints and reads system files or gathers records and reports to compile needed data* Enters/uploads information into systems* Prepares/processes forms for clients* Posts transactions to accounting records such as worksheet, ledger or system files* Analyzes posted data* Develops/maintains process documentation for each assigned task* Assists in special projects* Interfaces/resolves internal and external customer inquiries* Other related duties assigned as needed
What you bring:
* Requires a minimum of one years of experience in an office setting and/or finance shared services experience.* Specific legal knowledge related to tax levies and liens.* Strong ability to analyze data
