Position Overview:
As a Forecasting and Analysis Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our revenue portfolio at the company Insight, with a focus on real-time forecasting within the Payment Integrity business. Your contributions will directly impact health outcomes by facilitating strategic change, fostering effective communication, and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Location: Telecommuting from anywhere within the U.S.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial modeling, data analysis, and business unit support for Revenue and Sales forecasting
- Identify revenue and sales trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance performance
- Cultivate relationships with business, finance, and growth leaders to facilitate real-time forecasting and analysis
- Mentor and develop analyst-level team members
- Provide ad-hoc scenario analysis and quarterly backlog projections
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies while adhering to schedule commitments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant financial forecasting and analysis experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to quickly adapt to new technology tools
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent multitasking abilities; adept at handling multiple, high-priority tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools
- Familiarity with complex volume-based forecasting
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with assertive qualities
