What You'll Do Learn and develop the business acumen, technical accounting and finance skills necessary to excel as a future finance leader Work closely with other on the CMC Team work on process improvement initiatives & projects Completes special projects as assigned by their manager, to include analysis and change continuous improvement recommendations as requested Team with Operations to provide decision support via financial modeling, business case analysis and financial / management reporting Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement opportunities where applicable Learn and utilize various analytics platforms such as Power Bi, SQL databases, SAP and Coupa Create ad-hoc analysis as needed What You'll Need Must be actively enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a business-related degree plan (Junior/Senior level preferred) Ability to apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify and research resolution to issues and trends with transactions Excellent communication and presentation skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with data analytics, reporting, and data visualization preferred Presentation/Report on an improvement project at the end of internship Your Education Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program Must be actively enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a business-related degree plan (Junior/Senior level preferred) We are Commercial Metals Company, a Fortune 500 company with a family feel that's already part of your life.
