Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership: Take charge of our P&Ls, overseeing manufacturing plants, procurement, and R&D, with a keen eye on lean practices and strategic investments.
Team Empowerment: Lead and inspire a team of analysts, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for value creation and present actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a proven track record of driving results.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in manufacturing and supply chain environments preferred.
Leadership Skills: Experience leading global teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion, Business Objects, or similar systems is advantageous.
