Day to Day Support the financial accounting team ensuring timely execution of accounting processes in an effective manner and in compliance with Company policies, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and U.S. GAAP and applicable federal reporting requirements.Responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, and documentation of accounting processes and procedures. Lead in researching and resolving discrepancies related to general ledger account reconciliations and recommend and champion process changes to avoid on-going issues.Review accounting tasks with a continuous focus on improving processes and enhancing financial controls.Act as liaison between Accounting team and the business - Communicating and Educating.Ensure the financial results are presented accurately and timely; with corresponding analytics. Applicable Pay Range $48,377.53-$72,566.29
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies.
