With general guidance in a team environment, responsible for various inspection requirements.
This position will assist NDT and RTS team.
Responsibilities
Assist the NDT personnel with:
+ Logging parts (Xray and FPI ).
+ Moving parts to next operation. ( FPI or other cells).
+ Write up MDRs for rejected parts
Assist RTS with
+ 8130 overchecks
+ Gaging parts
Qualifications
+ HS diploma or equivalent.
+ At least 2 year of related experience
+ Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, manufacturer's specifications and internal drawings and procedures.
+ Possess working knowledge of machine shop mathematics.
+ Personal hand tools may be required.
+ Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
+ Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
+ Require CMM training to prepare 8130's.
