The successful Field Tech candidate must be a team player and a "people person" with an interest in learning. We provide great training where needed; our new hire will simply need to retain that knowledge and use their skills and strong mechanical aptitude in field operations to help achieve great outcomes. aptitude. Able to apply mechanical aptitude to a variety of situations? Able to learn new principles and techniques and integrate them into your work? A quick learner? Self-motivated? Clear background and DMV record? Pass a drug and alcohol testing on a regular basis? Able to lift 50 lbs.? Willing to travel to out-of-state projects? (All expenses would be paid) Willing to work long hours on a project? (Overtime is paid and sometimes encouraged) Heavy equipment experience? A plus, but not necessary. Training is available for all functions. Passionate about working safely and ability to follow safety instructions. If so, you may be a candidate for this position.
Rad Pros provides competitive pay in the $20 to $30 per hour range for this position depending on experience and capabilities, with options for higher pay on Davis-Bacon projects, and with nearly unlimited growth and compensation available for the right person with a great work ethic and ability to learn, grow, and contribute.
