What You'll Be Doing: Planning: Overseeing the project's processes, including design execution, resource allocation, and contingencies Budgeting: Ensuring the project is on budget and following best practices for construction budgeting Communication: Collaborating with the team to determine project needs, and leading daily morning meetings with the crew Organization: Managing time, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking Safety: Ensuring the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly, and implementing safety and quality guidelines Documentation: Writing daily logs and other necessary documentation, and maintaining records for site personnel What You Need: 7+ years working in a superintendent role CSL (Construction Supervisor License) strongly preferred  Experience working on commercial projects ranging from $5-$10 million Benefits -Employer pays 50% of Medical, Dental, Vision coverage
