act as first responders by keeping machines up and running, allowing pharmacists, doctors, and nurses to promote essential patient safety and care.
Field Service Engineers
install machines and perform preventive maintenance, emergency and on-call service, and operational maintenance.Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:Installing and doing pm for new machines.Troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and calibrating robotic machines based on schematics and blueprints.Providing customer service support and follow-up by phone.Wiring, soldering, desoldering, reworking on PCBs and the machine.Networking and IP address problem-solving. Calibrating the whole machine by controllerUpgrading/updating software and hardware of robotic machines and PCs.Calibrating sensors, amplifiers, and robots' movements by the controller and inching board.Wire harness cabling, and wiring when needed.Electromechanical and electric troubleshooting and replacing of servo motors, gears, conveyors, rails, and all electromechanical or mechanical parts related to robotic machines.Inspecting the wiring, connections, PCBs and electromechanical parts, servo motors, conveyors, rails, and robots.Eligibility Requirements of the Field Service Engineer:Must be willing to travel 30 to 70% or more of the time for technical and training purposes. Company vehicles are available; if it's over 50 miles, all flights and hotel accommodations are handled by their in-house travel agent.
