Responsibilities
• Provide technical sales support and guidance to analyze customer situations• Conduct on-site installations, repairs, maintenance, and service tasks• Establish a regular preventive maintenance program for existing end user accounts• Assist in the development of technical sales 'best practices'• Test and evaluate new products and custom packaging equipment• Record and report faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences• Identify complex opportunities and appropriate solutions for clients• Provide technical guidance and expertise in client meetings• Handle technical support calls and follow established communication procedures• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Skilled in PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint• Knowledgeable in the use of basic tools, including multimeters• Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical people• Strong written and oral communication skills• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimum direction• Adaptive to change and tight deadlines• Ability to work independently with little supervision• Good customer service and organizational skills• Mechanical knowledge experience of at least 1 year
