Job summary
Serve as a QCD representative in the field, responding to customer distribution and supply needsSupport the Customer Service Department and regional facility operationsEnsure positive customer relations and communication

Responsibilities
• Receiving and following up on customer concerns• Monitoring and reviewing delivery procedures with store managers and drivers• Monitoring product delivery to ensure product safety• Providing input regarding routes to identify potential cost savings• Analyzing metrics/data to determine root cause for correction• Assisting in providing associate training• Performing other related and assigned duties as necessary
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in management, business, or supply chain management• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience• Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques• Knowledge of order processing concepts and procedures• Knowledge of distribution concepts and procedures• Knowledge of transportation concepts and techniques• Knowledge of continuous improvement concepts• Knowledge of storage and shipment of food and allied products• Knowledge of cold chain, warehouse management, and traceability• Knowledge of JDE/ERP systems, Power BI, and logistics technology
Key Skills Needed
• Effective communication and coordination with internal and external customers• Efficient resolution of customer complaints• Interpretation of data and presentation on findings• Ability to work independently• Ability to work effectively in a general office environment• Ability to travel via airplane and drive an automobile
