Job summary
Phillips Corporation is looking for service engineers with CNC experience or strong mechanical and electrical backgrounds.You'll be troubleshooting, repairing, and installing CNC machines at various customer locations.Compensation is based on market and individual level of contribution.

Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install CNC machines at customer locations.• Travel throughout the state from Monday to Friday in a company-supplied van.• Provide exceptional service and support to customers.• Collaborate with team members to solve technical issues.• Maintain and update documentation related to service activities.• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving problems effectively and efficiently.• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
• CNC experience or strong mechanical and electrical backgrounds.• Mechatronics, machining, or engineering certificate or degree is a plus.• Industry experience is beneficial.• Ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC machines.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.• Willingness to travel throughout the state Monday to Friday.• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
