About the Role:
As a Field Mortgage Consultant, you'll play a vital role in originating mortgage loans for eligible borrowers in the State of Nevada. Your primary focus will be on developing business through effective outside sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and maintain a mortgage agent license through the State of Nevada Mortgage Lending Division and Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System within 90 days of hire.
- Independently organize and prioritize tasks, manage time effectively to meet deadlines, and analyze requests to develop appropriate solutions.
- Maintain daily oversight of the Mortgage Consultant pipeline to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
- Notify clients and business partners of key milestones in the loan process.

Compensation:

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer.
- Must thrive in a culture that is team-oriented and borrower-focused.
- Mortgage sales experience required, with a willingness to engage in daily outside business development activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Encompass Banker Loan Origination Software is a plus.
- Must have strong referral partner relationships and be SAFE Act licensed.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of the job, you may be required to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, mouse, and telephone for extended periods. Occasional standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds may be required.
