Will manage crew and assist the owner of the company, managing crews and jobs. Going on site to assist as needed, also eventually Sales, outside sales exp required. Will start that later on after building trust with company. 
Field Manager/Outside Sales Qualifications: OUTSIDE SALES -  REQUIRED
MANAGEMENT- PREFFERED (Team lead/supervisor)
NOT AFRAID TO WORK, GET DIRTY AND ASSIST AS NEEDED DAILY.
