Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Maintain cleanliness of spa gym, yoga studio, atrium, aerobics rooms, and Fairmont Fitness Center. Direct members & guests to appointments; assist them with fitness equipment Assist Groups Business Manager with group fitness bookings and events Book spa guests and members for fitness classes, personal training sessions, and other services. Assist Lead Fitness Specialist with fitness class scheduling Assist Female Locker room attendants to ensure standards are met. Maintain the facility in peak sanitary condition at all times and report any equipment deficiencies Maintain all areas if the spa are in a tidy manner and ensure all amenities are stocked Assist Spa Operations Supervisor with inventory disbursement Follow departmental policies and procedures Follow all safety and sanitation policies Other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.
