A National Feed Manufacturer is looking for a Feed Mill Manager due to a recent promotion. This company manufactures feed for local dairy, beef and swine producers. In this role you would oversee the day to day production, increase production, hiring/firing and capital improvement projects. Feed Mill Manager Job Description: Maximize production Hire/Train/Lead a team of 20 total employees Help grow business to become a continuous facility Oversee safety, OSHA, HACCP for the facility Host international visitors and large customer tours Train Employees and hold them accountable Manage budgets and P&L Be out in the facility making sure things are getting done Feed Mill Manager Background Requirements: 3 years manufacturing experience required (livestock feed or nutrition experience is preferred) LEAN, OSHA, HACCP and safety experience preferred Strong communicator and leader Need to be able to motivate and lead people of all levels Experience growing a team and improving processes Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary between $80,000-$115,000 with 20% bonus possibility Full Benefit Package (Health, Dental, Vision) PTO 401K with company match If you want to be a part of a growing facility with a company that promotes people that deserve it, apply today!
