We are looking for a unique, passionate, and creative Sous Chef! Candidates should bring a mix of experience in Southern / Low Country / Appalachian cuisine and another cuisine with a vision for subtle American-style fusion.
This position will require living and working in the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area of Tennessee. Relocation assistance and temporary housing may be available for ideal candidates. Farm to Table Sous Chef Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef, CDC, or Exec Sous in an upscale or fine dining environment Drive and Desire to progress in career toward an Executive Chef position Experience with new restaurant openings a huge plus Technology savvy Positive and progressive leadership style; Strong servant leader style of management Strong desire to live and work in the Gatlinburg, TN area Farm to Table Sous Chef Responsibilities: Work with the leadership team on staffing and opening a new restaurant!
