Family Physician

The highly qualified individual we seek will be responsible for providing primary care to eligible employees and their dependents. This individual will also serve as a collaborator for our Nurse Practitioners.

Comprehensive primary care services, including but not limited to:  Episodic Care (e.g., Diagnosis/Treatment of Colds, Flu, Dizziness, Nausea, Headaches, Rashes, Acute Injuries, Minor Surgical Procedures, etc.)  Chronic Condition Diagnosis/Management, Including Personalized Care Plan and Risk Reduction Plan (e.g., chronic disease)  Minor First-Aid (e.g., Bumps, Bruises, Cuts, Small Burns, Muscle Strains, etc.)  Order and interpret comprehensive laboratory, imaging, and other diagnostic services  Minor in-office procedures  Willing to provide care in person and via telehealth when appropriate
Must be a graduate from an accredited medical school. Have a state medical license in good standing. Experience in family medicine, preventive medicine, and/or occupational medicine. Board certification or eligibility. DOT Certification. Learn more about this new program here:
